STATEMENT PIECE

Had a shoot with my dear friend Qua! This is our first time being together this year and I must admit, I had a wonderful time.

The wind was in my favor the day of the shoot and had no problem blowing my trench in all sorts of directions. The three most important essentials of this outfit are the accesories- my hat, leather gloves, trench coat and last but not least, my statement necklace. I purchased my leather gloves from Target (one of my favorite stores in life!)

This statement necklace was purchased from Rue 21 in November, during Black Friday. I wore this statement neckalace to a brunch in Atlanta, a girl stopped and asked "Did you pay $145 for your neckalace?" I was shocked that she would have thought I spent so much money on a piece of jewerly. She told me that she saw the same neckalace online for $145. Her face was shocked when I told her I purchased my stylish statement piece for only $15!

The crisp white oxford top was purchased from Jcpenney. I am in love with simple outfits and spicing them up with outerwear and jewerly!
