Graduation

May 14, 2016 is the day I walk across the stage and become a graduate of the Unsinkable Albany State University. I've spent 3 years at this university and I loved every moment of it. People often take for granted the things that my university has to offer, but I was every bit appreciative of it. Not everyone is blessed to get a college education, yet walk across with a degree. This is my time and what God has for me, will always be for me! Stay with me as you all will travel with me throughout my life and accomplishments. 1 goal down and much more to go!

Now let's get into this dress honey!!! I purchased this dress from Target for $35. Originally, the price was $100, but by the Grace of God, I caught this dress on sale. When this dress was purchased, it was a size 14, but thanks to my good thinking, my friend Keen and my auntie, we worked together and took up this dress so it can fit like a glove, LOL!

Here is a tip. When purchasing an item that you can't seem to live without and it's too large, there is always an alternative. Take it to your local seamstress and get your shirt or dress hemmed. Have it fit the way you want it and be satisfied :) This is a dress that will stay with me for a lifetime. This dress screams class and edge, at the same time! It's very important to keep those elegant dresses that you "think" you'll never wear again. Trust me ladies, these dresses will come in handy!
